Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination. The total shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.


Delivery Time Estimates

  • EU & UK: 3–7 business days (may vary based on location)
  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the World: Please contact us for an estimate

Note: These are typical delivery windows and can be affected by factors such as customs processing, weather, and carrier delays.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For EU Customers:
  • VAT Included: For orders within the EU, the VAT is included in the price at checkout.
  • No Additional VAT or Customs Fees: For orders under €150, there are no additional customs duties or VAT charges at delivery. The price shown at checkout is the final price.
  • Possible Minor Handling Fees: Some shipping carriers may charge minor handling fees for processing customs paperwork. These fees are rare and usually small.
For Non-EU Customers:
  • Customs Duties & VAT: Non-EU customers will be responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or other charges applied upon delivery by their country’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in the price at checkout and will be collected by the courier or postal service.

Shipping Restrictions:

Germany: Due to recent changes in customs regulations, we are currently unable to ship to Germany. We hope to resolve this issue soon and will update our customers when shipping to Germany becomes available again.

    How Shipping Works

    1. Order Processing: Once your order is placed, we will prepare your ukulele for shipment. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days.
    2. Shipping Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information (if applicable).
    3. Delivery: Delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

    Packaging & Environmental Commitment

    We take great care in packaging your ukulele to ensure it arrives safely. In addition, we are committed to sustainability, and our packaging materials are carefully selected to minimize our environmental impact.


    Returns & Exchanges

    • EU & UK Customers: You have 14 days to return your product for a refund or exchange, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition.
    • Non-EU Customers: Please contact us for more information regarding returns, as policies may vary based on location.
